My name is Sam Chieffalo. I have been in the automotive field for over 30 years. I have experienced working at dealerships, auto-body shops, and at your local repair shops. What I have learned over these years is that people have problems trusting their mechanics.  That's always been hard for me to take since I consider myself a very honest person. I run my business as if I am fixing my mom's car every day.  I believe there is no reason to over-charge or cheat in any way because it only hurts my business.  When you bring your vehicle in for service, I will check it over completely and make a list of repairs that your vehicle needs. There usually is something every car needs but that doesn't mean you have to be forced into buying that repair. what I mean is, there are repairs that are needed NOW and there are repairs that you can choose to fix when its right for you.  No pressure sales and I will be completely honest in telling you what is a safety issue and what is not.

All repairs completed are covered under a 24 month 24 thousand mile parts warranty. Labor is 12 months, 12,000 miles.  commercial vehicle warranty is 12 month 12,000 miles parts and labor.
